New Public Law Outline Forms published

New forms for use in care proceedings under the Public Law Outline (PLO) have been published. They are available from the HMCS website in either Word and pdf formats, using the links below (click the title of the form)

• PLO1: Application for a care order or supervision order: Supplementary form
• PLO2: The local authority's case summary
• PLO3: Draft case management order
• PLO4: Allocation record and timetable for the child(ren)
• PLO5: Directions and allocation on issue of proceedings
• PLO6: Directions and allocation at first appointment

The PLO is implemented from 1 April 2008. Later this week Family Law Week will publish a "podcourse" on the PLO comprising a downloadable one hour audio lecture by Jacqui Gilliatt, with accompanying slides, notes and questions.
