ALC heads to Jersey for Separate Representation Conference

The Association of Lawyers is to hold an innovative conference on separate representation of children covering England, Wales and the Channel Islands. The Conference will take place in Jersey and will give an opportunity to consider the specific issues associated with family law in the Channel Islands, such as representation of children in trust litigation and the new Guernsey Safeguarder service.
