General Medical Council v Meadow (Attorney General intervening) [2006] EWCA Civ 1390

Appeal against ruling that a) an expert witness had not been guilty of serious professional misconduct and b) that professional expert witnesses should be offered some immunity from prosecution by their regulatory bodies for evidence presented in good faith in court. Appeal in a) dismissed but in b) allowed.
