Sarah Al-Jourani is a specialist religious and cultural family law solicitor at Irwin Mitchell LLP.
Sarah is bilingual and has particular expertise and experience dealing with Islamic and international divorce matters, including and not limited to sharia based financial settlements, child arrangements and divorces. Sarah is regularly instructed to deal with complex matters spanning various jurisdictions including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Iraq and Egypt. Through this work, Sarah has built up an extensive network of contacts and in 2023 was appointed to sit as the UK Chair for Inter-Cultural Dialogue on behalf of the G100 and on the American Bar Association International Family Law Committee.
