Simon Craddock, Partner at Brethertons LLP will be delivering a webinar on Family Disputes – Grandparent Rights in Private Law Disputes.

This webinar will provide a practical overview and tips in respect to applications in private law children disputes from other family members, such as grandparents. The webinar will provide an overview of:

  • How grandparents can make applications, including the legal tests that must be overcome and considered by the court;
  • How best to present cases to the court whether you are acting for the grandparent, or any other party in the proceedings;
  • Case law principles relating to grandparent rights;
  • Practical advice and tips for other parties involved in proceedings; and
  • Consideration of Article 21 ‘access’ cases.

Time will be allocated for delegate questions at the end of the webinar and access to the webinar and slides will be provided following the webinar.
