In particular, there will be a focus on:
- the types of cases where welfare reports are necessary, and who should be undertaking them.
- Consideration of local authority involvement in private law proceedings, welfare assessments, expert assessments will be considered.
There will be a practical overview of 16.4 guardians and adding children to proceedings, across different areas of family law.
The workshop will provide practitioners with practical tips with various case studies being considered in the workshop.
