Rebecca Davies, a barrister at Field Court Chambers acts for applicants, respondents and intervenors in financial remedy proceedings – advising on issues related to concealment of assets, cross-border assets and liabilities, conduct and its relevance to final orders and s.37 reversible transactions.
Her work includes representing clients at:
- FDR appointments- public and private
- hearings involving international factors eg jurisdictional issues
- complex directions hearings and contested final hearings, and
- out-of-court negotiations.
