Professor Rebecca Bailey-Harris, a barrister at 1 Hare Court is a French-speaking matrimonial practitioner and former professor of law. Rebecca specialises in cross-border jurisdictional disputes and applications for financial provision following an overseas divorce. Sources respect her for her wealth of knowledge in this area.
Rebecca was formerly an academic lawyer with positions including Foundation Professor and Dean of Law at the Flinders University of South Australia 1991 – 1994 and Professor of Law at the University of Bristol 1994 -2005 where she served as Dean of the Faculty of Law.
