Tristan Harvey, a barrister at Queen Elizabeth Building, is an experienced barrister specialising in dispute resolution. As a mediator he offers different models to fit the needs of his particular clients. He is accredited by the Family Mediation Council and by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and he offers Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings. Tristan is also an arbitrator in financial and children cases, a collaborative lawyer and he conducts private FDRs and early neutral evaluations.
Tristan’s practice encompasses all aspects of family law, with an emphasis on matrimonial finance and private law children matters. He has also represented clients in Schedule I applications, trust of land disputes and applications under Part IV Family Law Act 1996.
In 2020, Tristan was appointed a Deputy District Judge on the South Eastern Circuit.
