We discussed after years of practising family law, Charlotte recognised that there is often a gap between legal advice and everything else a client is experiencing in the days and weeks between appointments.

Whilst legal advice is her primary role, Charlotte appreciates that clients often arrive frightened, overwhelmed, and unable to see beyond the immediate crisis.
