Carolina Marín Pedreño

Carolina Marín Pedreño is a Partner and Head of Children Department at Dawson Cornwell. Carolina is an award winning “International Lawyer of the Year” and The Times “Lawyer of the Week”.

Her family law practice includes specialisms in international child abduction, registration and enforcement of foreign contact orders, leave to remove, child arrangement disputes and public law cases.

She is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Child Abduction and Private Children Law – disputes between parents or relatives. As a surrogacy lawyer, she has experience in both domestic and international surrogacy agreements and disputes, family formation and assisted reproduction rights.
