A father (‘F’) applied for permission to disclose to the Secretary of State for the Home Department (‘SSHD’) documents filed by the mother (‘M’) in financial proceedings under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989 (‘the 1989 Act’). On an undertaking by M to file and serve any immigration application she might make, McKendrick J adjourned F’s application.
