Harb v King Fahd (DCA intervening) [2005] EWCA Civ 1324

Application by former wife for financial relief despite the former husband having died before the appeal was heard. It was ruled that an application under section 27 of the Matrimonial Causes Act does not survive the death of a spouse. Application dismissed.
