K (Children) (Application for return orders: Best interests decision) [2025] EWHC 450 (Fam)

This judgment was published by The Honourable Mr Justice Garrido in the High Court on 28 February 2025. The court was concerned with a return order of two children aged 6 and 9 who arrived to England in July 2024 on a small boat from France. It was ultimately decided that it is in the best interests of the children to return them to their parents.
