Description

Family Law Skills & Practice- Developing professional skills for excellence in Family Law Practice is a new range of webinars designed to support practitioners in developing the interpersonal, reflective, and resilience-focused skills increasingly required in modern family law. The programme addresses the practical realities that arise beyond the legal framework, offering insights that strengthen professional judgement, enhance client care, and promote sustainable working practices.

The four-part webinar programme on Supervision, is designed to give family law practitioners a grounded understanding of the challenges affecting wellbeing in practice and the ways supervision can offer meaningful support. The webinars will be presented by Vanessa Gardiner, a family law supervisor providing reflective practice for family lawyers and legal professionals at Vanessa Gardiner Supervision.

This webinar series is for all professionals working in family law, at all levels and all points in their career, whether working in law firms, at the Bar or the Judiciary.   It will explain what the risks and concerns are for those working in modern family law, introduce supervision and reflective practice and how it can help you to understand and support your own wellbeing as practitioners, develop healthy working practices and relationships with clients, colleagues and others we work with and  to  consider other available resources, including use of experts and organisations which can compliment regular supervision.
