Presenter
Ian Quayle qualified as a solicitor and worked in private practice for 12 years specialising in property law matters generally including residential conveyancing, development work, commercial leasehold transactions and property joint ventures.
Since 1998 he worked in house and as a consultant for national house builders and national and international property developers advising on all aspects of property, landlords and tenant transactional and management issues.
Ian is frequently asked to deliver training to family lawyers who require specialist training on property related issues. His expertise on Land Registration issues particularly homes rights notices, unilateral and agreed notices, and the use of restrictions is well received. In addition Ian has a wealth of knowledge on issues relating to co-ownership and issues of a more general nature relevant to land and property issues concerning relationship breakdown.
