Objectives
In this webinar, Adrian Barnett-Thoung- Holland will review the appropriate procedures for issuing new applications for divorce under the new law and to assess its success since it came into force.

Chris has worked in the social housing sector for 23 years, and on a national level for the past 12 years. Chris has held operational and senior positions at various organisations including an Arms Length Management Organisation, The Chartered Institute of Housing and a leading national law firm Capsticks LLP. Chris is well known in the sector and sits on the CIH South West Board, and is also a Board Member for Ocean Housing Limited.
Whilst working at the CIH, Chris worked directly with over 300 housing providers and thousands of housing and local authority professionals. He worked closely with the Home Office in the development of the ASB, Crime and Policing Act 2014, giving evidence at the House of Commons Select committee and advising peers in the House of Lords. Chris led on the development of the Community Harm Statement which is widely used in the Courts today.
