Courts and Tribunals (Online Procedure) Bill

Second reading due 14 May

The Courts and Tribunals (Online Procedure) Bill received its first reading in the House of Lords on 1 May and is due to have its second reading on 14 May 2019. The Government Bill, if enacted, will establish a judicially chaired committee tasked with developing new, simplified rules around online services in civil, family and tribunal proceedings.
