BBC to broadcast programme tonight

The BBC will broadcast a programme about the Peter Connelly case tonight. Peter (often referred to as "Baby P") was a victim of serious child abuse that led to his death in 2007.

Baby P: the Untold Story tonight on BBC 1 at 8.30 pm.

The programme will feature interviews with Haringey's former head of children's services and with Peter's social worker as well as other professionals involved in the tragic case.
