President's Draft Guidance on Listing Final Hearings in Adoption Cases published

Responses sought by 1st March 2016

The President of the Family Division, Sir James Munby, has published for consultation draft Guidance on Listing Final Hearings in Adoption Cases, on which he would welcome views and suggestions.

The Presidents says that recent cases have shown that the Guidance issued in October 2008 by Sir Mark Potter P requires up-dating.
