Parental Alienation

Cafcass is developing a "High Conflict Practice Pathway" to help Cafcass practitioners to "systematically assess cases which feature adult behaviours associated with high conflict." These include, but are not limited to, parental alienation.

Cafcass expect to launch this in autumn 2018.
