Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Bill awaits Royal Assent

On 18 June 2020 the Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Bill passed the final stage of its parliamentary passage when both Houses agreed on the text of the bill. It now waits for Royal Assent when the Bill will become an Act of Parliament. Royal Assent is yet to be scheduled.
