Domestic Abuse Bill progresses to House of Lords

Findings of Home Office review of migrant victims of domestic abuse published

The Domestic Abuse Bill received its first reading in the House of Lords on 7 July 2020, having completed its passage through the House of Commons on 6 July.

The Home Office has published the findings of the Department's review of migrant victims of domestic abuse which was carried out in response to the June 2019 report by the Joint Committee on the Draft Domestic Abuse Bill. For those findings, click here.
