Legal Aid Agency introduces new features in Article 21 Hague Convention funding application process

The Legal Aid Agency has introduced a new method for making funding applications for Article 21 Hague Convention cases.

When making an application in Client and Cost Management ('CCMS'), there will now be a drop-down menu with options including 'Article 21 Hague Convention 1980 – non-means' and 'Article 21 Hague Convention – respondent'.

Further guidance for making article 21 initial applications is available on the Legal Aid website, here.
