42% of family orders made by consent, claims MoJ

Figures published in MoJ Annual Report

42% of all family orders are now made by consent according to figures released by the Ministry of Justice in its annual report. That figure beats the department's own target of 37% and is based on orders made between April 2008 to February 2009.

The annual report also sets out the Ministry's performance in criminal justice and provides the full accounts for the year up to 31 March 2009.

It can be found on the MoJ website here.
