NJ v Essex County Council & CMJ (By Her Children’s Guardian) [2006] EWCA Civ 545

This was a mother’s appeal against a care order placed on her daughter on the grounds that a meeting held by the Local Authority concerning the care order had been unfair to NJ and had breached her human rights. The appeal was dismissed.
